Import 04/07/2011Cílem této práce je vypracovat projektovou dokumentaci pro provedení stavby. Konečné dokumentaci předcházela studie urbanistického řešení ze které vzešel navržený koncept. Touto problematikou se zabývá první část práce. Druhá část se zabývá samotnou dokumentací pro provedení stavby dle vyhlášky 499/2006. Předmětem této práce je objekt Hotelu s casinem, který je navržen na nově zbudovaném náměstí. Tvar objektu je podřízen umístění a to mezi dvě tramvajové tratě. Svým dispozičním a provozním řešením je přizpůsoben poloze a orientaci k světovým stranám. Vše vychází z logiky funkce.The aim of this work is to develop design documents for building construction. Final documents was preceded by an urban solution from which was come a proposed draft. First part of work deals with this issue. The second part is dedicated to the documentation for building construction according to Decree 499/2006. Subject of this thesis is an object of hotel with casino, which is designed for newly built square. The shape of the object is subordinate to the location, between the two tram lines. Reconstruction of earth buildings in Haná region

Práce se zabývá problematikou stavitelství z nepálené hlíny na území ČR. Na základě průzkumů nepálené hlíny je proveden přehled současného stavu nepálené hlíny v obci i v samotném objektu. Rekonstrukce tradičního venkovského objektu z nepálené hlíny by měla být provedena velmi citlivě s ohledem na architektonické a konstrukční řešení v souladu s environmentálními požadavky na výstavbu, potřebami a kpožadavky investora.The current state of earth building in Czeh Republic is described in this work. The results are based on a research made in several villages. Reconstruction of traditional countryside building made from unburned earth should be made very sensitive with respect to architectural and technical solution and in accordance with environmental requirements and wishes of investor.

Evolution of structural components for building constructions in České Budějovice

Tato práce řeší urbanistický a stavební vývoj města České Budějovice a to jak z historického hlediska, tak i vývoj konstrukčních prvků staveb (rezidenční výstavba). Tato práce se dělí na dvě základní části. V teoretické části je popsána základní terminologie a historické události vzniku města České Budějovice a vznik jednotlivých městských částí a jsou zde uvedeny i příslušné mapové podklady. V aplikační části se již řeší, jak se stavby vyvíjely a měnily v průběhu jednotlivých časových období. Vývoj výstavby je rozdělen do čtyř časových úseků (do roku 1918, v letech 1918 - 1948, v letech 1948 - 1993 a od roku 1993 do současnosti). V každém období je popsán historický vývoj, popsáno stavebně-konstrukční řešení staveb, architektonické řešení staveb a jsou zde uvedeny konkrétní příklady staveb a lokalit. V této části se také řeší možný budoucí rozvoj rezidenční výstavby s ohledem na územní plán a limity rozvoje. Cílem práce je zpracovat přehled o historickém vývoji, konstrukčních prvcích staveb ve zvolené lokalitě od samého počátku výstavby dané lokality po současnost a nastínit možný budoucí rozvoj města.The thesis focuses on urban and constructional development of the city České Budějovice both from the historical point of view as well as from the perspective of the development of structural elements of buildings. The thesis dividend into two parts. The theoretical part describes the basic terminology, historical events establishing České Budějovice and formativ of individual city districts. It also contains relevant maps. The second one, application part deals with the development and changes of buildings during different time periods. Development of construction is divided into four time periods (until 1918, 1918-1948, 1948-1993 and from 1993 to the present). In each time period the historical development, constructional solutions and architectural design of buildings are descibed and specific examples of buildings and locations are given. This part of the thesis also deals with possible future development of residential areas considering the spatial plan and limits of development. The aim of the thesis is to compile an overview of historical development and constructional elements of buildings in the selected area from the beginning of the construction of the site to present and outline a possible future development of the city.

Questions of Saxon Renaissance

Předkládaná diplomová práce pojednává o tématu saské renesance s důrazem na její architektonické projevy v Čechách. Práce se zabývá praktickými otázkami, které slouží jako podklad pro teoretické úvahy. V první části je učiněn pokus o sestavení památkového fondu. Na základě poznatků získaných z přehledu názorů dosavadního bádání byla určena zařazovací metoda a proveden popis jednotlivých architektonických děl. Výsledkem byla typologická stratifikace a výčet charakteristických rysů památek české sasko-renesanční architektury. Následně jsou diskutovány obecnější otázky architektury saské renesance: její ovlivnění hrázděným stavitelstvím, vznik a úloha sedátkového portálu a role rodu Pernštejnů. Navržena je možnost souvislosti saské renesance a raně renesančních terakotových dílů. Druhá část práce pojednává o kontextu sasko-renesanční architektury. Nejprve podává přehled architektonického dění ve Francii prvních dvou dekád 16. století. Větší pozornost je věnována renesanční architektuře téhož století v Německu a zejména v Sasku. Součástí kapitoly jsou teoretické úvahy o podobě renesance v Záalpí. Práce také analyzuje specifika prostředí severozápadních Čech, kde architektura saské renesance vznikala, a to z hlediska geografického, ekonomického a sociálního, přičemž je zejména pojednáno o rodech...Dealing with both practical and consequently theoretical aspects, the thesis treats the Saxon Renaissance with the emphasis on the architecture in the Czech Republic. The purpose of the first part was to put together a list of historical monuments. Supported by previous research the selection method was determined and the individual buildings described. As a result we organized them into types and specified the Saxon Renaissance architectural features. Then we discussed broader issues related to the Saxon Renaissance architecture that were: the influence of Saxon timber-framed architecture, the origins and the role of the portal with seat shaped niches in the jambs; we re-examined the importance of the architectural commissions of the house of Pernštejn and we proposed to link the Bohemian Saxon Renaissance architecture with Czech early renaissance terracotta pieces. The second part of the thesis further explores the contextual issues. It tracks the early sixteen century French architecture and focuses on the German renaissance architecture, that of Saxony in particular. Then some theoretical reflections on the character of transalpine architecture are presented. The Repechy Guest-House

Bakalářská práce vychází z ateliérového projektu vytvořeného v letním semestru 3. ročníku bakalářského studia. Úkolem byla obnova a dostavba selského stavení na ubytovací zařízení rozšířené o další služby. Objekt selského stavení se nachází v malé obci Repechy nedaleko města Prostějov a je doplněn o další dva nevyužívané objekty. Ve druhé polovině 20. století bylo selské stavení obdélníkového tvaru s dvorem zastřešeno, vnitřní stěny byly částečně vybourány a vnitřní prostor byl využit pro ustájení dobytka. To mělo na současný stav objektu velký dopad. Agresivní prostředí a zvýšená vlhkost, na kterou konstrukce nebyly navrženy, výrazně urychlily proces degradace objektu. Později byl provoz ustájení dobytka přemístěn a původní selské stavení od té doby chátrá. V současné době se pozemek i objekt nachází v zanedbaném stavu. Většina konstrukcí je poničených a dále nepoužitelných. Za záchranu stojí severní trakt, u kterého se dochovaly cenné historické šambrány a další plastická výzdoba. Okolí objektu je zarostlé náletovou zelení. Cílem bylo zachovat a přiznat původní hodnotné části a najít pro ně vhodné využití za stanovených podmínek. Návrh počítá s odstraněním tří stran obdélníkového stavení a zachováním severního traktu ve formě torza. Přístavba vychází z původního stavení. Rozšiřuje původní hranici zastavěné plochy, čímž využívá stávající struktury a vytváří tak první objem, který symbolizuje tradiční statické tvarosloví. Pootočený duplikát prvního objemu potom charakterizuje moderní a dynamický přístup v architektuře. Výsledný návrh přístavby vzniká syntézou obou objemů jako důkaz koexistence tradičního a moderního přístupu. Navržená přístavba je v celé ploše jednopodlažní, lokálně suterénní i dvoupodlažní. Přístavba je zároveň charakteristická použitím cortenové provětrávané fasády, která přesahuje atiky do různých výšek a vytváří tak lomenou strukturu, která může být z různých úhlů vnímána buď jako idealizované seskupení štítů střech tradiční zástavby nebo jBachelor’s thesis is based on a studio project created in the summer term of the third year of the undergraduate studies. The task was the renewal and the extension of the farmhouse for an accommodation facility and other services. The farmhouse is situated in a small village Repechy near the town of Prostejov and is complemented by two other unused buildings. In the second half of the 20th century, rectangular shaped farmhouse with a yard was roofed, interior walls were partially demolished and interior space was used for keeping the cattle. It had a big impact for the current condition of the object. Aggressive environment and high humidity, for which structures were not designed, significantly accelerate the degradation process. Later, the cattle was moved away and the original farmhouse is deteriorating until these days. Currently, the object and its surroundings are in a bad condition. Most of the constructions are damaged and it is not possible to use them anymore. Northern tract is the only part worth protection. There are preserved precious historical chambranles and other plastic decoration. Surroundings is overgrown with wild vegetation. The aim was to preserve and bring out valuable parts of the original object and find them appropriate use under specified conditions. The proposal deals with the removal of three sides of a rectangular farmhouse and preserving the northern tract in the form of a torso. Extension is based on the original farmhouse. Extends the original built up area boundary to use existing structure and creates the first volume, which symbolizes the traditional static form. Rotated duplicate of the first volume then characterized a modern and dynamic attitude in architecture. The final design of an extension is created by synthesis of both volumes as an evidence of the coexistence of a traditional and a modern form. Administrative building in Moravská Ostrava

Úkolem bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro stavby objektu – Administrativní budova, dle vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb. a normy ČSN 73 535. Podkladem pro zpracování této práce byla urbanistická studie z předmětů Ateliérová tvorby III., Ateliérová tvorby IV. a následná projektová dokumentace pro stavební povolení z předmětu Ateliérová tvorby Va. Hlavním cílem projektu byla urbanistická zástavba na parcele mezi ulicemi Českobratrská, Sládková, Hornopolní a Místecká. Následně jednu z budov vyřešit jako administrativní budovu s otevřenými kancelářemi.The task of this bachelor thesis is to adapt the project documentation for the construction of the building - Office building, according to regulation No. 499/2006 Coll. and the ČSN 73 535 standard. Serviceability Evaluation of historical concrete floor slab

Předmětem diplomové práce je hodnocení provozuschopnosti historické stropní železobetonové konstrukce z 30. let 20. století na základě výsledků realizovaných zatěžovacích zkoušek. Popsány jsou dobové požadavky na provádění a vyhodnocování zatěžovacích zkoušek, dále se práce zabývá původními měřícími přístroji a možnostmi záznamu deformací. Je zpracován stavebně historický průzkum předmětného objektu, metodika a vyhodnocení zatěžovacích zkoušek. V závěrečné části je provedena teoretická simulace zatěžovací zkoušky stropního průvlaku ve výpočetním programu založeném na deformační metodě konečných prvků.The master’s thesis is focused on serviceability evaluation of historical concrete floor slab realized in the third decade of the 20th century. The assessment of structural performance is based on the results of load testing in situ. The thesis defines contemporary load testing requirements followed by the specifications of measuring instruments and the possibilities of displacement measurements during load testing. In addition, it includes structural and historical investigation of the building, methodology and data evaluation of the load testing. Finally, the theoretical computer simulation of executed load testing is run by using software determined for nonlinear finite elements analysis.
